Abstract

Experiment was conducted at the Central Research Farm, College of Agriculture, Gwalior (M.P.) to find out the effect of phosphorus on the yield of different varieties of groundnut in Kharif. 198. Results revealed that out of six cultivars tried, only two cul- vars viz., S-1 (37.75 g/ha) and TG-17 (36,11 g/ha) yielded significantly higher than others. The maximum yield was recorded with the application of 40 Kg P/ha.
