Complaints

This policy addresses process issues (e.g., delays) and ethical concerns (e.g., misconduct).

Process Complaints: Direct complaints to the Editor-in-Chief or Handling Editor. They will investigate and provide feedback, ensuring measures are taken to improve processes.

Ethics Complaints: The Editor-in-Chief or Handling Editor will follow COPE guidelines, consulting in-house advisors as needed, and communicate the resolution.

If the complaint involves the Editor-in-Chief or remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the journal’s management team or Research Integrity Group. Contact details for further escalation are available on the journal’s website.

This policy ensures fair and transparent handling of appeals and complaints.
