Mr. Dharmaränga Raju is ill and not able to attend this Conference. It is the first time that a family that has done so much for the welfare of the Madras Agricultural Students' Union is entirely unrepresented. It is a matter of great regret, and it will be most fitting if I ask the Secretary to convey to Mr. Dharmaranga Raju our sympathy during his illness and hopes for his speedy recovery.
