We learn with regret that the Agricultural Deparments in India are very soon to lose the services of two of their officer in the persons of Messrs. S.Milligan Agricultural Advisor to the Government of India and F.R. Parnell, the Government EconomicBotanist.Coimbatore. We understand that they leave India to serve the British Empire Cotton Growing corporation in South Africa for developing for resources of the Empire in cotton growing.
