Abstract

We crave the indulgence of several of our esteemed contributors for our inability to publish all the contribu- tions which we have so far received from them at once. The delay in the printing caused by our later printers has resulted in a large accummulation of matter. For the same reason and on account of the fact that the larger Quarterly Journal has been changed into a smaller monthly, we regret very much that we are unable to pub- lish all the papers read at the Conference in extenso and some of the interesting Munagala Prize Essays. We pro- pose to publish these or copious summaries of these from time to time in the succeeding Monthly issues
