Abstract

A small dairy is attached to the Coimbatore Agricul- tural College. It functions as an educational medium for imparting first hand knowledge on breeding, feeding and general management of cattle together with the production and her.dling of milk and its products. In addition, it serves as a unit for the supply of dairy products to limited customers.
