Abstract

The scarcity of rice in this country is an eye-opener, but a similar scarcity prevails over the whole world. Modern civilization has abridged space and time so much that it is quite easy for anyone to fall in with the One-World ideology. Rice has therefore to be studied as a One-World crор.
