Abstract


In this paper, the author reports that the dotermination of EC alone, in water samples does not enable soil chemists declare categorically a water sample, "Good" "Permissible", "Doubtful", or "Harmful" from the point of view of irrigable suitablity and that the determination of individual anions and cations as inevitable for the valuation of irrigation water.
