There must be intensive work accompanying the execution of the ideas, once accepted, and a sincere desire to work for the country and the nation. We must shed our easy going ways and divorce ourselves from Red Tape. More than anything else we must have confidence in our capacity. The suggestions are along the following lines: 1. Bringing new area under cultivation with some slight changes in our cropping pattern. 2. Introduction of new crops and varieties. 3. Change in our food habits. 4. Change in our mental outlook.
