Abstract

The work on the development of hybrid wheat in India has been started very recently and very little information is available on the manifestation of hybrid vigour between indigenous and exotic varieties. The present investigations were carried out to find out the amount of heterosis in different crosses and which may further be used for the production of hybrid wheat.
