Abstract

The influence of psychological characteristics on job performance of Agricultural Extension Officers was studied. Correlation of intelligence of the Agricultural Extension Officers was positive and significant with knowledge. Intolligence showed negative and significant correlation with age and also with experience. The age showed positive and significant correlation with experience but negative and significant correlation with knowledge. Knowledge, intelligence and communication behaviour had positive and significant correlation with job performance of the Agricultural Extension Officers.
