Abstract

There was broad ng rement among the Deputy Agricultural Officers, Block Development officers, District Agricultural Officers and Divisional Development. Officers on the role of Deputy Aricultural officers. But there were some differences of perception on the actual role played by the Deputy Agricultural officers, mainly due to the unviaidy nature of work and dual control of supervisor.
