Abstract


Thirteen granular insecticides at four concentrations were evaluated for their efficacy and parsistence in pot culture and in micro field plots against adults and nymphs of brown planthopper. On the basis of 'PT' valves carbofuran and Mipcin at 0.5 to 0.75 Kg al/ha were found to be the most effective against both adults and nymphs.
