Abstract

A study was corried out at the Regional Research Station, Vriddhachalam to find out the effect of various agricultural and industrial wastes on the availability of nu- trients and yield of groundnut. The results indicated that grounenut shell, rice husk and dry water hyacinth had significant effect on the yield of groundnut and avai lability of NPK in the soil during the growth of groundnut.
