Abstract

I have been asked to contribute one of a series of papers whose purpose is to make known the activities of the department in regard to cotton. From whatever point it is viewed, whether from that of the Agronomist, Bacteriolo- gist, Chemist, Entomologist, Mycologist or Plant Breeder the subject is capable of treatment from four aspects.
