Abstract

For identifying the factors influencing the extent of participation in poverty alleviation programmes the study was conducted among 90 goat rearing beneficiaries in Namakkal and Sivaganga districts. The study revealed that educational status of beneficiaries was important factors influencing the extent of participation.
