Abstract

The present study was undertaken on the basis of the report that the sugar recovery at Amaravathy Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., Krishnapuram was low when compared to the other factories in Tamil Nadu. Even a small increase in recovery would consequently increase the production of sugar to a considerable extent.
